So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırma, hazır giyim işletmesinde çok boyutlu bir performans ölçüm modeli oluşturmak amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada, hazır giyim işletmesinin geleneksel yapıdaki finansal performans anlayışı, Balanced Scorecard sistem yaklaşımıyla stratejik performans yönetim sistemine dönüştürülmüştür. İşletme yapısı SWOT analizi ile değerlendirilerek misyon, vizyon ve strateji yapılandırılmıştır. Çalışanların görev tanımları oluşturulduktan sonra kritik başarı faktörleri belirlenerek vizyon ve stratejiye ulaşmak için finansal, müşteri, iç süreçler, öğrenme ve gelişme boyutları kapsamında amaç, ölçüt ve hedefler belirlenmiştir. On beş aylık uygulama süresince, üçer ayda bir olmak üzere toplam beş ölçüm döneminde kurumsal açıdan işletmenin performansı ölçülerek değerlendirilmiştir. Belirlenen stratejik amaçlarla kurumsal düzeyde performans artışlarının sağlandığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

This research was prepared with the aim of creating a multi-dimensional performance measurement model in the ready-made clothing business. In the study, the concept of financial performance in the traditional structure of the ready-made clothing business has been converted into a strategic performance management system with the Balanced Scorecard system approach. The business structure is evaluated by SWOT analysis and is structured by mission, vision and strategy. After the definitions of employees’ tasks were created, critical success factors were determined and objectives, standards and goals were determined within the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and development dimensions to vision and strategy. During the ten-five-month application period, a total of five measurement periods, one per three months, were assessed by measuring the performance of the enterprise from the corporate point of view. The result is that the established strategic objectives have been achieved to increase performance at the corporate level.
