Human resource is the most important factor determines firms competitive advantage Consequently firms benefiting human resources effectively and productively gains competitive advantage in the face of global competititon In this context performance appraisal process evaluating the workers contribution to the firm is acquires more importance Performance appraisal not only being a process that evaluates the workers contributition to the firm and the firms objectives but also conveys features that motivates ve increases the organizational loyalty Besides these features in the performance appraisal process there are many other effective factors like organizational culture the education and experience level of the manager and the size of the organization In this study trust level between worker manager in terms of performance appraisal success the qualificatons of managers’ interview is investigated among industrial firms in Çukurova and some suggestions are offered
