Abstract:

Subjective well being refers to how people evaluate their lives and discusses life satisfaction that includes cognitive decisions of individuals positive and negative emotional experiences This paper aims to analyse the values of individual happiness sources as an indicator of subjective well being in Turkey by using the data set of Life Satisfaction Research 2004 conducted by Turkish Statistical Institute The analysis performed by using multinomial logit model reveals the effect of each variables used on the values of happiness Key Words: Multinomial logit model Subjective well being Happiness Turkey
