A Theoretical Analysis Related To School Administration And Balance Education is a whole of planned programmed activities The fact that education is composed of planned and programmed activities necessitates the studies to be performed to be predetermined Correspondingly each school level has its own goals and program In order for a school to reach its goal the school’s determination is required on pursuing certain activities Another name of pursuing case is callede “balance” In this study balance concept is analyzed from the viewpoint of school administration For this purpose the relationship of balance with system chaos crisis change and school is elaborated based on the literature Especially balance in school administration subject is analyzed and the importance of balance for management and administrators is highlighted Balance can be defined as the process of providing sustainment of structured coherent relationships for the system’s elements When system approach in organizations is analyzed it could be seen that balance is achieved when the elements of the system sustain a continuous relationship with each other and maintain the position of each element with respect to other elements The structure of the system aims at sustaining the balance In crises which are regarded as circumstances that disturb the balance planning is accepted to be a process which aims to eliminate unbalanced conditions The studies conducted on planned changes consider the balance model as one of the three fundamental models that help organizations change The school will continuously collect information about the changes in its environment and hence by estimating these changes it will maintain its balance with the environment School administrators stand at a critical point for sustaining this balance Keywords: Balance System Change School Administration
