Abstract:

This article concentrates on a newly developed concept of Cltural Itelligence defined as adapting interacting and working effectively in cross cultural situations Cultural intelligence is reviewed from the theoretical as well as practical point of view In doing so several related topics are covered in the article: culture intelligence theories the characteristics of cultural intelligence and how to obtain and develop cultural intelligence How the business world approach to cultural intelligence is also presented The article expain analyse and evaluate the respective topics and concludes by giving some suggestions to employees leaders and organization with respect to topic under study Key Words: Culture Intelligence Multiple Intelligence Cultural Intelligence Global Organisations Global Leaders
