Abstract:

According to the law legislated in 2002 numbered 4702 ‘ it is mentioned that the people who gradusted from high schools or will graduate –if they wish they will be able to pass to an associate degree program coherent with their branches and near their neighbourhood and this pass can be in open faculty This procedures are to be carried out by OSYM This is called pass without exam METEB Thanks to this law it is aimed thatb the students graduated from vocational high schools will be able to pass to an associate degree program without an exam this was also aimed for selecting qualified studentsat their branches for universities Today in spite of a lot of regulations on university passing system the same passing without exam system is still being implemented This situation causes unqualified students passing to universities’ associate degree programs This study aimes at detecting the negativenesses about accepting circumstances on vocational associate degree programs and producing solution offers Keywords: professions technical associate degree passing without exam
