So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Tourism. Within the scope of the research, questionnaire technique was used to determine students' communication skills and emotional intelligence. The questionnaire applied to 524 people selected by sampling method and the obtained data was reviewed within the purpose of the research. In this context, the surveyed students' emotional intelligence and communication skills were determined to be usually high. It was identified that there was also a significantly positive correlation between emotional intelligence and communication skills of tourism students. In other words among the findings it was found that when emotional intelligence of surveyed students rise, their communication skills also become higher. Furthermore, according to the results of the regression analysis conducted in the research, it was revealed that emotional intelligence affected the communication skills of the students. According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence sub-dimensions and communication skills; it was found that there was a strong relationship between evaluation of emotions and optimism mood regulation and communication skills. Also it was identified that female students' emotional intelligence levels are higher than male students
