Abstract:

34 villages in the Central District were linked to the Denizli Municipality in 1976 as a village in the Mcavir area. The application of the countryside is a relaxed integration process and can be reversed by the urbanization of the villages. During the period 1989-1999 the majority of the villages in the Maritime Municipality were urbanized. A number of villages were united and 17 new municipalities were established in the Central District. At the end of the 2000 year, the hope in the efforts to build a major city council that focused in the 2000 period and continued until the end of 2012 was significantly reduced. In 2001, 14 municipalities were voluntarily participated and a short-lived senior council was tested. With this design and effort by the mayor of the time Ali Aygören, the term all-şehir was used for the first time in Turkey. In 2001-2014, there are four, 5216 and 5390 laws in Denizli, especially in the years 2004-2005, except for Denizli, a total of five different all-city municipalities designs and statements. In this study, the story and analysis of the all-şehir (municipality) speeches and drawings are usually for Turkey and especially for Denizli. The aim of addressing all-the-country and similar statements and arrangements outside Denizli is to better understand all-the-country designs in Denizli and ensure integrity in the analysis.
