Fahri Erdinç, Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk edebiyatında, kenarda kalmış ve unutulmaya yüz tutmuş bir yazardır. Özellikle üretken çağında Bulgaristan’a yerleşmesi Türk edebiyatında adına fazla rastlanılmamasına neden olur. Bu çalışmada roman tekniği bakımından oldukça başarılı olan ‘Ali’nin Biri’ romanında yapı ve izlek unsurlarını ele aldık. Romanda, sıradan bir Anadolu insanı olan Ali’nin öyküsü anlatılır. Onun yaşam mücadelesi verirken başarıya ulaşmasını biz okurlara aktarır. Onun mücadelesi (Ağa/Köylü, Ezen/Ezilen) başarılı bir biçimde ele alınarak birlikte mücadele vermenin zaferi ile sonuçlanır.
