Big Companies have raised Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in Turkey for ten years. Many small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) couldn’t activate their many CSR policies well-done because of the many reasons (financing, accounting, human resources, work places, cultures and others). The aim of this study is to identify the SME’s CSR efforts. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the CSR efforts of SMEs in Nazilli. The research problem was: “Which CSR policies are done by SMEs?” The research area was undertaken at 40 firms in Nazilli. According to SPSS analysis, SMEs owner/managers and other managers play important roles to build CSR (workplace, environmental, marketplace and community relations) policies
