Abstract:

Today, when digital information shows its influence in all areas, there are radical changes in the understanding of public administration. In the beginning of radical changes comes the spread of the use of information technology in public governments and the rebuilding of public governments. In interaction with citizens and, with the transfer of all kinds of activities in public administration on the electronic environment, the use of administrative services and practices in the public field has become possible individually and without means. With the internet services becoming an important element of social life, the digitalization of the state and the use of information and communication technologies in the provision of public services have brought new concepts: government, e-democracy, e-government. In this article, the e-Government model, which is a model incorporated by the e-Government and its socio-economic sections, has been attempted to explain on a conceptual level.
