Özet:

Chagatai vocabulary which is a common written language of the Turks of Central Asia is not yet fully brought out until the beginning of the 20th century. There is a need to bring out Chagatai works' vocabulary in order to really take advantage of works written in Chagatai and for their evolution. The idioms used in the Book-i Mebde-i Nur Masnavi of Baba Rahim Mashrab (1640-1711), who we consider in the last period Chagatai Literature, will be determined in this article. First, the general information about the idioms will be given and then syntactic features and some conspicious characteristics of idioms used in the work will be specified in this article. The classification in the terms of the origin of the words used in idioms will be done. Idioms will be arreyed in the alphebetical order and the meanings of the idioms will be tried to determine in the attached to the article. Also, the frequency of the use of the idiom will be specified with arraying the numbers of couplets that used idioms.
