The purpose of this study is to develop an individual learning support system, in which time and/or physical setting from instructor, to support the professional development of early childhood educators, separate learners. For this purpose, “Distance Early Childhood Teacher Support Program" was developed. The study was conducted with the volunteer participation of 86 early childhood educators in Turkey. Within the process of web-based distance support system, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) instructional design model was applied. The study was conducted with the volunteer participation of 86 early childhood educators in Turkey. Within the process of web-based distance support system, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) instructional design model was applied. The study focused on learning centers and the role of the teacher in the context of early childhood education. Within the scope of the theme, five 3-7-minute-long educational videos were prepared as learning materials. In addition to educational videos, scientific articles and educational web links related to topics has been shared with the participant teachers as additional learning resources. Individual learning assessment materials were also listed and discussion groups have been established. The functionality of the media used was measured by the User Evaluation Survey. The results of the study revealed that distance learning approach to early childhood support program promote the professional development of teachers in the field. Dissemination of such professional development models may impact on current face-to-face inservice teacher education courses.
