Abstract:

This study aims to determine the distribution of the doctoral theses written in the field of science knowledge education between 2001-20016 years and by universities, the study subjects, the methods used, the number and level of samples, the data collection tools, the data analysis methods and keywords. Research is a work of quality. The thesis was analyzed using summaries, content analysis and visual analysis methods. Over the years, the number of thesis and the number of universities graduating from the doctoral program has increased. Most of the study is done in the field of teaching approaches and is often preferred in the theses by the mixed method. As an example, it was mostly worked with high school students and candidate teachers. Experimental studies and state studies are many used patterns. Data analytics are methods used with extractive analysis and content analysis. Keywords remain at the general level in the description of research.
