So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Mosul province had a strategic importance in the past and it has protected its importance until now. The importance of this city that is located on the trade routes plus more after the start of oil extraction. Mosul Issue appears with the Mondros Armistice Treaty. England realized the rich oil resources of Mosul Province. Although the ceasefire UK forces entered Mosul. Turkey did not accept this situation therefore problems occurred. Mosul Issue was the subject of meetings held between Turkey and England after the First World War. The Mosul Issue was not resolved in Lausanne Conference. Lacking a consensus of the Parties, the subject referred to the National Assembly in accordance with the 3rd Article of Lausanne Conference. Nations Assembly asked the subject to public by sending a commission but failed to reach a decision based on the responses of the people living in the district. Nevertheless, the Commission has issued a report in favor of England. At that time Turkey was in a sensitive position. The War of Independence had finished yet. Republic was established. Consequently, although Turkey was disturbed by the result, signed the treaty on June 5, 1926 with Iraq and the United Kingdom. Turkey-Iraq border was drawn by the treaty. Turkey signed this treaty but it did not mean that it is completely gave up Mosul. Therefore, during the Gulf War Mosul subject came up again.
