Abstract:

Maslahat is one of the concluding methods which islamic scholars prefer due to its being accepted as a sharia testimony. In the literature, many studies are done on the Notion of maslahat, which has been argued in terms of scope and place in Islamic Law. This study firstly aims to clarify the definition and varieties of maslahat and makasidu’s-seria the significance is Islamic Law, the mention about the main subject.It has become an obliation to take cautions to protect the safety of life and property as a consequence of the developments in sciende and transportation. Overall, this study seeks to reveal significance of traffic rules in the scope of maslahat and makasidu’s-seria.
