Her toplumun kendine ait değerleri vardır. Bu değerler, dinamik bir yapıya sahip olan insanın ürünü olduğu için sürekli değişim hâlindedir. Bundan ötürü oluşturulan değerler zaman içerisinde farklılık arz edebilir. İnsanların meydana getirdikleribüyük teşkilatlardan birisi de devlettir. Ayrı zaman ve mekânlarda birçok devlet kurulmuştur. Devlete, kurulmuş olduğu dönemin geçerli olan değerlerine göre felsefî bir anlam yüklenmiştir. Bu, geçmişle sınırlı olmayıp yaşadığımız zaman diliminde de geçerli olan bir durumdur. Yapılan işlemin ana nedeni meşruiyettir. Günümüzde kitap, sinema vs. aygıtlar kullanılmak suretiyle meşruiyet unsurları işlenmektedir. Söz konusu durum göz önünde bulundurularak Osmanlı Beyliği’nin kuruluş ve yükselişi döneminde geçerli olan iki büyük değerin, İslam dini ve Orta Asya Türk ananesi olduğu kaynaklardan anlaşılmaktadır. Osmanlı tarihinin ilk kaynaklarında bu değere yönelik pasajların olduğunu görmekteyiz. Bu çalışmamızda amacımız meşruiyete yönelik olan bilgilerin irdelenmesi olacaktır
Each society has its own values. These values are constantly changing because they are the product of a person with a dynamic structure. The values created therefore can be different over time. One of the major organizations that people create is the state. Many states are established in different times and places. The state was charged with a philosophical meaning according to the valid values of the time in which it was established. This is a situation that is not limited to the past and is also valid in the time period we live. The main reason for the process is legitimacy. Nowadays, books, films, etc. are being processed by means of the use of legal elements. Considering this situation, it is understood from the sources that the two major values that were applicable during the establishment and ascension of the Ottoman Empire are Islamic religion and the Turkish ancestry of Central Asia. We see that in the first sources of the Ottoman history there are passages towards this value. Our purpose in this work will be to provide the information that is legitimate.
