Abstract:

The main task of parliaments is to establish general rules on the common work of society and to monitor its implementation on behalf of the public. Parliamentary audit helps to ensure the quality of the service by a beneficial approach, monitoring whether public service is in the interest of the public and whether it is performed effectively. In this study, the Ottoman capital of Istanbul II.
