So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı, Türk ortaöğretim okul kuruluş sistemini fırsat eşitliği açısından değerlendirmektir. Hemen tüm kalkınma planlarında ara insan gücü gereksiniminin vurgulanmasına rağmen, ülkenin eğitim sistemi genel eğitimi öne çıkarmaktadır. Bu durum ülkenin insan gücü ihtiyacı ile bireylerin yönelimleri arasında bir ikilem yaratmaktadır. Bu ikilem alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeyli ailelerin çocukları aleyhine işlemektedir. Araştrma tarama modelindedir. İlgili litaratür taranarak buna dayalı değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Türk ortaöğretim sistemi “çatal sistem” özelliğine sahiptir. Çatalda eğitim sistemi üçlü bir tabakalaşma göstermektedir. Ancak araştırmada çatal ikiye indirgenerek Türk ortaöğretim sistemi genel ve mesleki olarak iki katmanda ele alınmıştır. Genel ve mesleki eğitim karşılaştırıldığında, mesleki eğitim aleyhine eğitsel fırsat eşitsizliği yaratıldığı yargısına ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of the research is to evaluate the Turkish secondary school organization system in terms of equal opportunities. Despite the emphasis on the need for interim human power in all development plans, the country’s educational system emphasizes general education. This situation creates a doubts between the country’s human power needs and the directions of individuals. This two-year act against the children of low socio-economic levels of families. The research is in the scan model. It has been evaluated by the relevant literature. The Turkish system of secondary education has the characteristic of the “chatal system”. The training system shows a triple layer. However, the research has been reduced to two and the Turkish secondary education system has been addressed in two layers in general and professionally. In comparison with general and professional education, the judgment has been reached that educational opportunities against professional education have created inequality.
