So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Türk-İsviçre hukukları özellikle borçlar hukuku alanında Roma Hukukundan büyük ölçüde etkilenmiştir. Sorumluluk sadece borçlar hukukunun değil, tüm özel hukukunönemli konularından birisidir. TBK’da yer alan sorumlulukla ilgili kurallar ve kıstaslar incelendiğinde bunların temelinin Roma Hukukunda olduğu görülecektir. Kast, ağır ihmal ve hafif ihmal gibi kusur türleri, sorumsuzluk anlaşmaları, fayda teorisi gibi, mücbir sebep gibi pekçok kurum Roma Hukuku kökenlidir. Bunların daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi ve yorumlanması için Roma Hukuku incelenmelidir.
