This study is conducted to investigate information technology teachers’ practices related to instructional adaptations for mainstreaming students at information technology courses. In the research, the data were collected with the qualitatively patterned and semi-structured interview form. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed through content analysis. The research findings indicate that information technology teachers at information technology courses carry out such practices as selecting the goal that is appropriate to the performance levels of mainstreaming children; repeating the education in accordance with their level, if necessary; using verbal or social reinforcements for accurate responses; simplifying skills and separating them into sub-parts; giving additional time to complete their work. Besides, it is also found out that information technology teachers do not prepare Individualized Education Programs (IEP), they are not sufficiently informed about the mainstreaming, and number of students in the classrooms is not conducive to mainstreaming. Also, the study presents a series of proposals for the solution of problems related to mainstreaming.
