Bir dilin ait olduğu toplumun dünya görüşünü, değerleriniiyi yansıtan dil birimlerinden biri olan kalıp sözler, yabancı dil öğretim sürecinde destekleyici bir rol oynamaktadır. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçede kalıp sözlerin öğretimi de çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kalıp sözlerle ilgili alanyazın çalışmalarını incelemek, Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Metni’nde yer alan bildirişim konuları bağlamında kalıp sözleri listelemektir. Öncelikli olarak alanyazın taramaları sonucunda kalıp sözlerin tanımı, özellikleri, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimindeki yeri betimlenmiştir. Ardından Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Metni’nde yer alan bildirişim konuları bölümündeki çeşitli başlıklar altında kalıp sözler listelenmiştir.
