Bu araştırmanın amacı, Grekoromen Yıldız Erkek Güreş Milli Takım oyuncularının başarı algısı ve öz yeterlilik düzeylerini çeşitli sosyo-demografik özellikleri kapsamında incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016 Balkan Şampiyonasına katılan 15-17 yaş aralığındaki Grekoromen Yıldız Erkek Güreş Milli Takım Oyuncuları (36 oyuncu) oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması aşamasında sporculara; Başarı Algısı Envanteri, Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Sosyo-Demografik özelliklerini belirleyen Bilgi Formu uygulanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde frekans tabloları, t testi, varyans analizi, Kruskal-Wallis testi ve Mann-Whitney U testinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; oyuncuların şampiyonaya katılma, baba eğitim durumu ve aile aylık geliri öz yeterlilik durumlarına göre aralarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara dayalı olarak öğrencilerin öz yeterlilik inanç düzeylerini yükseltmeye yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to examine the achievement perception and self-efficacy levels of the Greco-Roman Stars and Wrestling National Team players in terms of their various socio-demographic characteristics. The sample of the study is the Gregorian Star Male Wrestling National Team Players (36 players) in the 15-17 age group participating in the 2016 Balkan Championship. During the collection of data, Self-Perception Scale, Socio-Demographic Characteristics and Information Form were applied. Frequency tables, t test, variance analysis, Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test were used in the analysis of collected data. As a result of the research; it was determined that there was a meaningful difference between the participation of the players in the championship, the educational status of the father and the family monthly income according to their self-sufficiency status. Based on the results obtained, proposals have been developed to increase students' self-efficacy beliefs.
