In this study, it was aimed to investigate whether there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational loneliness and job satisfactions and intentions to leave work. There is limited research in the literature on the relationship between organizational loneliness and job satisfaction or intent to leave work. Two public bank employees in Konya province center were taken as the basis for the research purpose. Data were collected by questionnaire method. The number of the questionnaires returned from the office staff was 182. The data were evaluated with descriptive analysis, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model. According to the results of the analysis, organizational loneliness has resulted in reducing job satisfaction and triggering intention to leave work.
