Araştırma konusu yapı Balıkesir İli, Halalca Köyü‟nde yer alan bir türbedir. Türbede Zağnos Paşa‟nın eşi ile kızı Sitti Hatun‟un mezarlarının bulundukları söylenmektedir. Yapı tescilli olup harap durumdadır. Çalışmanın amacı; bu kültür mirasının gerekli bölümlerinin fotoğraflarının çekilmesi ve 1/50 ölçekli rölövelerinin çıkarılarak arşivlenmesi ile gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması için 1/50 ölçekli restorasyon projelerinin hazırlanması ve restorasyonu yönlendirecek ilke kararlarının doğru tespit edilebilmesidir Bu amaçla yazılı kaynaklardan ve yöredeki benzer mezar yapıları tespit edilmeye çalışılarak, bu yapıların mimari özelliklerini belirlemek ve bu özelliklerin ışığında restorasyonu doğru yönlendirecek verile re ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalarda türbenin Osmanlı‟nın ilk dönem mezar yapısı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The subject of the research is a fishing building located in the Halalca Village. In Turbede Zağnos Pasha's wife and daughter Sitti Hatun's tombs are said to be located. The building is registered and in the destruction. The purpose of the study is to correctly identify the principle decisions to guide the preparation and restoration of the 1/50-scale restoration projects for the drawing of the necessary parts of this cultural heritage and archiving the 1/50-scale rolls and transferring them to future generations with the aim of identifying written sources and similar tomb structures in the area, identifying the architectural characteristics of these structures and reaching the data to direct the restoration in the light of these characteristics. The research has found that Turben was the first period of the Ottoman cemetery structure.
