The Galata Rüsumat (Customs) Building (1907-1911) is an architectural order established by five frontons on the southwest (the sea) and northeast (Kemankeş Street) fronts. With the round belt fronton applications consisting of in-house profiles on the front, the Caucasus and Baltic architecture around Kars shows a great similarity to the numerous effective examples of civil architecture. On the ground floor front of the Galata Rüsumat (Customs) building, a rustic wall appearance was created by making the stone-imulated bubble. With this view, the ground floor front brings the minds of the ground floor of the Renaissance and Neoclassical era structures. In the Galata Rüsumat (Customs) Building, the symmetrical front arrangement of the Neoclassic style is provided with the equal and actional surfaces of the front of the horizontal and vertical plasters. In the door frontons, the ends end in volatile form, the triglyphs, which are overwhelmed by in-house removal, are the architectural elements that the Renaissance uses taking from the ancient Greek and Roman architectural traditions. The widespread spacecraft (metop) in the middle of the double triglyphin and the round belt processed in a plastic form from the inside-in-the-counter removal and the steel motif in the frame with the plant motifs processed in an excessive plastic form, while the decoration of the Baroque-period door and window clothes, the sides of the suspended steel motif reflects the Art Nouveau style.
