Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, otel işletmesi işgörenlerinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının, demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirleyebilmektir. Bu amaçla, Ankara’da faaliyet gösteren dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerindeki 359 işgören üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. İşgörenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının demografik özelliklerine göre farklılıklarını belirleyebilmek için, bağımsız örneklemler için t testinden ve tek yönlü varyans analizinden (ANOVA) yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, işgörenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarında çalıştıkları otel türleri, çalıştıkları bölümler ve eğitim düzeylerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.
