The aim of this study measure the service quality of bus transportation companies located in Sivas by using SERVQUAL model. Furthermore, aim of this study determines customers’ demographic characteristics, their expectations from the companies and their perceptions, the level of their satisfaction and the relation between the level of satisfaction and customers’ demographic characteristics. İn this study the questionnaire method is used. The output data of the questionnaries are evaluated by using SPSS program. In the result of analysis five factors emerged. These factors are “tangibility, understanding customer, delicacy, reliability and willingness”. Tangibility is the best and willingness is the worst quality of factors of this study.
