Abstract In the present study, the entrepreneurship characteristics of university students were analyzed and evaluated using a brain dominance analysis. The objective of the study was to determine whether entrepreneurship characteristics can be explained with the dominant part of the brain. A questionnaire was administered to Business Administration students enrolled at Inonu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The study found that right brain functions of the students were more powerful than left brain functions. The findings were consistent with the following view: "In the formation and development of entrepreneurial characteristics, right brain functions are more effective than left brain functions".
