The people of different work related values and from different cultures may have an impact on the work related values of the local workforce with whom they work in the same organizations. The extent of this impact has been investigated by comparing the work related values of employees of a Turkish-only-owned organization with a Turkish-Japanese and a Turkish-Canadian partnership organizations. Our data, collected using Hofstede’s work related values survey, have revealed that the work related values of those employees working in these three companies were not significantly different from each other except for two work values: high earning opportunities, related to masculinity dimension and good work relations with the manager, related to femininity dimension of national culture.
