The aim of the study is to present analytic network process and to provide a good insight into the use of analytic network process in hotel selection. Hotel selection is a multi-criteria decision making problem which has many qualitative and quantitative factors. The analytic network process incorporates feedback and interdependent relations between factors and alternatives. It is enable to handle both qualitative and quantitative factors. In sum, analytic network process provides a more accurate approach while solving complex problems and captures more realistic results. In this study, hotels are evaluated by their web sites information. It is identified twelve factors which affect hotel selection and used in computations. Four clusters that include factors related each other and also alternative hotels are formed. After determining interactions among factors and alternatives, comparisons are performed using ratio scale. The priorities obtained from pairwise comparison matrices are placed in supermatrix and after computations hotels are ranked. This study shows that analytic network process is a good decision tool to solve multi-criteria decision making problems which contain interdependencies.
