Abstract The worker immigration from Turkey to the West European countries brought various issues. Adaptation, education and problems related to work life are the main issues. On the other hand, keeping the family bonds as well as the moral and religious structure, transmitting the cultural heritage to the next generations are some of the difficulties that Immigrant Turkish community have been experiencing in a different culture during the integration process, which causes concerns as well. Although self-initiated affords take place in the field of education by the Immigrant Turkish community, it is understood that they have expectations from mosques and especially religious educations in mosques. In this study, concerns of Immigrant Turkish community about their children's religious and moral development, where these concerns are mostly concentrated and the expectations from the religious education in mosques are investigated.
