Communication is a process that being transferred offeelings, ideas and information to others in various ways. Communication takes place in each process of our lives. Human life makes sense with communication. Human becomes social existence with communication too. All communication with the subject of politics is examined within the context of political communication. Sometimes seen as a communication target oriented on politics, not only verbal and written statements also it encompasses all visual presentations with political purposes such as body language, clothing style. The purpose of political communication is to perform all kinds of promotional actions, strategies, techniques and applications that will shape the political structure. Today, those who act rationally in the process of political communication is easier to achieve this goal. In this study; how to take advantage of perception management that considered as a new approach increasing the efficiency of political communication will be examined. Being succesful of political communication actors in activities carried out In order to format the political structure, depends on the ability to manage perceptions. In the study, before general communication issues and after the theoretical aspects of political communication in this context will be examined, in the last part of the study, it will be analyzed relationship with political communication and perception management
