The labor organisations were studied from Tanzimat (1839) to Turkish Republic (1923) in Article’s First Section. After I. Meşrutiyet was proclaimed in 1876 and II. Meşrutiyet was proclaimed in 1908, relatively freedom athmosphere was occurred and labor unions and strikes spreaded. Tatil-i Eşgal Law banned Labour organisations for public sector in 1909. Because of this reason, labor unions were studied as before and after Tatil-i Eşgal Law. Labour organisations which are after Tatil-i Eşgal Regulation, were studied in two perionds. Between 1909-1920, due to wars and Tatil-i Eşgal banning, slowing organisations, and between 1920-1923 Labor organisations in Turkish Republic Transition Period were studied. In Second Section; getting harder factors and prepearing factors the labor organisations were studied. As getting harder factors, political situation, wars period and legal regulations were studied. As prepearing factors, political situation again, democratization attacks, economical transformations (partly for infrastructure, generally for public sector by foreign capital entering, lived economical changes even if which are not fundamental changes) and demoghraphical changes (by Ottoman Empire lossing territory, migrations to motherland and thus occurring labor force and by wars missing labor force) were studied
