Turkey’s Labour Market which is subject to outward-oriented economic system are affected international events by the level of its integration. Not to follow global developments, cause unable to correctly interpret of the developments in Turkey. Therefore, the evaluation of the world’s labour market movements and determination of Turkey's position as scientific and rational form are very important for the direction and effectiveness of national policies. In this study, Global labour market has been analysed in the framework of all regions (eight regions) which is classified into the ILO's annual regularly published Global Employment Trends Report (Developed Economies and European Union/ Central and SouthEastern Europe (non-EU) and CIS/ Latin America and the Caribbean/ East Asia/ South-East Asia and Pacific/ South Asia/ Middle East and North Africa/ Sub-Saharan Africa). Of course, due to the limitation of this study each country's labour market’s movements are not possible to examine in detail. However, the lists of countries in every region and the region’s labour market indicators (labour force participation, employment, unemployment and youth unemployment) have been explained under the relevant titles. Subsequently Turkey’s labour market assessment and its global and regional position have been determined. Consequently it was determined that Turkey’s regional and global labour market data remained below average
