Abstract:

In this article the concept of welfare state’s transformation is discussed in the context of historical, social and political realm. This treatment/argument is a general review of the identification of this concept. The sense of welfare state had a key role for a specific request and the solution of problems in a term. However the welfare state has become questionable functionality as a result of globalization. Especially globalization has been enabled the interrogation of the concept of welfare state in which globalization caused particularly through supranational and transnational institutions. Therefore in this article it is subjected to evolution of the main axes of the process of welfare state and focused to rereading and underlying the fundamental problems which has shaped today’s process
