Customer aggression became a master issue as a result of development of customer relationship. This issue has many negative consequences upon worker as a physiological and psychological. Therefore, a research has done on this issue to investigate reasons, results and prevention methods of customer aggression. In addition, the survey made related with cargo workers who are thought to be exposed aggression by customer heavily in Yalova.
