Abstract:

Modernity has emerged in Europe in the late 16th century and early 17th century. There have large scale changes occurred in life of economic, social, religious and political fields as diverse as reforms. This change of the sphere, by encapsulating, were shaped by-one affects the other; many empire which has multitude of ethnic and religious groups entered into process of change and transformation when viewed from the perspective of politics. In this process of nation-states have begun to see the first nucleus of various forms of political organization emerges. We started chanting the name of modernity along with the concept of the modern state; From Hobbes to Rousseau, Locke is considered by many thinkers to Hegel. In the West we have characterized as a process of modernization that occurred as a result of the nation-state political organizations, nonWestern societies are imported from abroad in the form of a project emerges.
