The participation of women in the workforce is among the topics discussed in global criteria. This study aims to explain the main lines women's employment in global trends framework. This purpose in study, employment theory disclosed and studies on women's employment are examined briefly. In the world and Turkey women's employment and development, analysis of the female labor market trends and expectations in the global labor market, to be followed to increase the participation of women employed in the global trends and women's labor market policies are described
