The former method of translation of Turkish folk music (THM), known as the master-cratch-related teaching/learning is often understood by the phrase "sitting at the bottom of a master's series" and only the musical achievements that occur in this way are considered. However, thanks to the developing technological possibilities, the easy access to the performance records of master executives has led to the necessity of re-examination of the master-crawl relationship from different perspectives. The research, which is driven by this thought, is focused on the assessment of the past and present situation of the master-track relationship in the linking sample, which is one of the important features of THM. According to the research, the main; that the master-cross relationship has an important place in the teaching/learning of connectivity, that in parallel with the developing technological possibilities, it continues to exist today - in a large proportion - in different forms, that in the individual connectivity learning can only be attached to the notes, that the studies can experience various problems and that a master's guidance for the solution of these problems or the visual/hearing elements are needed at all times.
