The teeth treated in archaeological and anthropological excavations are extremely important materials for understanding the biological and cultural characteristics of ancient human communities. This study aims to determine the size and shape of the Adramytteion skeletons dated the 5-6th centuries of MS. In addition, it has been tried to determine what changes in the size of the teeth in this area, compared to other skeletal communities. The study took odontometric measurements of 212 permanent teeth of 28 individuals (98 of them belong to men and 86 of them to women) from 170. Based on the measurements, the "common crown area," "the crown area of the burning teeth" and "the crown area of the front teeth" are calculated. Analysis has shown that there is no significant statistical difference between the sides (left) and gender in terms of the teeth size. The teeth measurements and crown index values of the Adramytteion community are similar to the many Norshuntepe (Iron Age) and Topaklı (Early Byzantine) skeletons. This is the case with Panaztepe (MII). It is in a distinct difference with the population of the thousand and Antandros (7-2 centuries BC), and from these findings, it can be said that there is no significant link between the size of the tooth and the geographical area experienced. Also, as highlighted in various studies, the tendency to decrease in teeth dimensions has been shown to continue in the skeletons of the late Roman- Early Byzantine period.
