Abstract:

Lifelong learning is defined as all activities aimed at developing the individual's knowledge, skills, and skills throughout the life, individually, socially or professionally. Lifelong learning includes daily learning, widespread learning, professional training, technical training, all training and teachings within and outside the service. Literature draws attention to the relationship of lifelong learning with many factors. In this context, the purpose of this study is to reveal the factors that influence lifelong learning and the relationship between these factors in theoretical context. In this study, a study of the type of compilation was conducted using the literary scan method. The study resulted in structures that form lifelong learning components identified and tried to create a theoretical structure. In this structure, cultural structure, attitudes, skills, competence, literature, information and communication technologies that influence lifelong learning are shematized in relation to other components.
