In this article, firsly, minimum wage has been discussed by its current form in Turkey, then it’s legal background has been addressed with its different dimensions.# In this context, the definition of#minimum wage,#it’s legal background, decisive criteria in determining#the minimum wage, the implementation of the minimum wage#and#basic goals#in determining#the minimum wage have been#expressed.
