Bu araştırmanın amacı, Bilişim Teknolojileri Formatör Öğretmenlerin (BİTEFO) iş doyum düzeylerini belirlemek ve bunlara dayalı olarak BİTEFO görev tanımları ve çalışma esasları taslağı önermektir. Araştırmanın evreni, Hatay ilinde görev yapan bütün BİTEFO’lardır. Veri analizleri, BİTEFO’ların genel iş doyumunun orta düzeyde olduğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin alt boyutları açısından yapılan incelemeler sonucunda ise, BİTEFO’ların iş doyumlarınındüşük olduğu alt boyut özel hayat,yüksek olduğu alt boyut ise başarı-motivasyondur. İş doyum düzeylerini etkileyen unsurlardan özellikle BİTEFO’ların görev tanımları ve çalışma esaslarının belirsiz ve eski olmasının iş doyumlarını düşürdüğü söylenebilir. Bu nedenle, BİTEFO’ların iş doyum düzeylerine dayalı olarak tespit edilen sorunların giderilmesi için güncel bir BİTEFO görev tanımı ve çalışma esasları taslağı önerilmiştir
The objective of this research is to determine the level of business satisfaction of the Information Technology Formator Teachers (BITEFO) and to suggest a draft of BITEFO tasks definitions and work principles based on them. The universe of research is all the BITEFOs that work in the Hatay province. Data analysis has shown that the overall work satisfaction of BITEFOs is at a medium level. According to the study, the low-dimensions of the scale are the low-dimensions of private life, the high-dimensions of success-motivation, whereas the low-dimensions of the scale are the low-dimensions of business satisfaction. From the elements that influence the level of business satisfaction, it can be said that the definitions of the task and the work bases of the BITEFO are uncertain and old, reducing the work satisfaction. Therefore, an up-to-date BITEFO task definition and a draft of work bases are proposed to address the problems identified on the basis of BITEFO’s work satisfaction levels.
