Günümüzün gerektirdiği yoğun çalışma şartları, özellikle özel sektörde çalışan kişiler üzerinde oldukça negatif anlamda etkilerde bulunmaktadır. Bu etkilerin başında da tükenmişlik gelmektedir. Tükenmişlik kavramı, son zamanlarda akademisyenlerce de hemen hemen her sektörde çalışılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kırgızistan’daki bankacılık sektöründe çalışan kişilerin Tükenmişlik düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışma ile daha önce Kırgızistan’da çalışılmamış olan Tükenmişlik konusunun bankacılık sektöründeki mevcut durumu ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmış ve bu açıdan çalışma önem taşımaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, araştırmayı kabul eden altı banka yer almaktadır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS programı kullanılmıştır. Bulguların değerlendirilmesinde frekans, yüzde ve karşılaştırma analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, bankacılık alanında çalışan personelin tükenmişliğin alt boyutlarına göre duygusal tükenmenin yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucu, duyarsızlaşma boyutunda ise orta düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tükenmişlik kavramının üçüncü boyutu olan kişisel başarı boyutunda ise tükenmişliğin yüksek düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu durumda, araştırmaya katılan bankalardaki personelin genel tükenmişlik düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu söylenebilir.
