Abstract:

Armenian Policy of Great Powers in the Caucasus (An Archival Study Lights to the Armenian Incidents in the Caucasus 1910-1920)In XVIIIth century Tsarist Russia and Western countries which have started largescale war activities to capture the Caucasus and Northern Azerbaijan, achieved their own goals in XIXth century. The main reason of settlement of Armenians in the Caucasus and in Azerbaijan, increase in this population and strengthen of them was make Christian poltics and as a result of the policy that capture its natural riches, especially Baku oil which carried out by Russia and other powers in this land. There are large number of archival sources which show that external forces especially Russia supported Armenians. We have tried to use some part of these resources in this article. In the archive sources appear that, Armenians with support of the great powers, implemented the atrocities not only to Anatolian Turks within the boundaries of Ottoman Empire, also Azerbaijani Turks.
