So many results that aren't mine?

Bu çalışmada meslek lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mobbinge (yıldırma) maruz kalma durumları, uygulanan mobbing saldırı türleri nedenleri uygulanma süresi ve sıklığı öğretmenler üzerindeki etkileri tepki biçimleri geliştirilen çatışma yöntemleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, Kocaelide Meslek Lisesinde çalışan 25 öğretmenle yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin, mobbinge maruz kaldıkları belirlenmiştir. Yapılan mobbing durumları sözlü tehdit, aşırı kontrol, aşağılama, küçümseme, görmezden gelme, özlük haklarını yok sayma, iş yükleme, görevden alma ve cinsel istismar olarak tespit edilmiştir. Mobbingin mağdurlar üzerindeki etkileri huzursuzluk, tükenmişlik, sessizlik, motivasyon sorunları, stres, özgüvenin azalması, tedirgin olma ve sosyalsağlık ve aile yaşantısını olumsuz yönde etkileme şeklinde görülmüştür

Abstract:

With the study, we try to define the mobbing situations that teachers in business schools are exposed, mobbing types, the reasons, mobbing period and frequency, the effects of mobbing on teachers, their reaction types and the developed engagement methods. One of the qualitative research patterns, phenomonology pattern has been used with 25 teachers who work in Business schools in Kocaeli. The research concluded that mobbing is experienced by the teachers. The mobbing conditions that have been concluded by the study are verbal threats, excessive control, abasement, ignorance, disregard of employee rights, workload, deposition and sexual abuse and the implications of mobbing on the victims are unhappiness, burnout syndrome, silence, motivation problems, stress, losing self-confidence, nervousness, and negative influence on social and family life and health
