Abstract:

This study is a descriptive survey study aimed at training managers and teachers put forward the views of professional organizations. Research developed in 2006 by Baysal “Attitudes of Classroom Teachers Professional Organization” scale was used. Quantitative data analysis techniques used and applied exploratory scale items as a result of factor analysis to obtain the findings “professional organization necessity”, “professional organizing opposition”, “selection criteria of professional organizations”, “repellency of professional organization” and “expectations from professional organizations” as named 5 are grouped under size. Using a stratified sampling method was reached three central district of Antalya Province in the 29 administrators and 63 teachers and 101 teachers for a total of 193 branches studying business. Surveyed the administrators and teachers of gender, profession and trade unions must be a member / not to include the views of the variables significant difference t to determine whether the test, seniority and to determine whether significant differences by education level variable “oneway ANOVA” was performed. To seniority and level of education, which the state did not meet the assumption of normality Kruskal-Wallis H-test was applied. There were no significant differences by gender, seniority and education according to the results of the case there is a significant difference was also observed that in general unions associated with political parties
