Bu çalışmada öğretmen algılarına göre denetmenlerin etik davranışları ve ders denetim yeterlikleri incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma tarama modelinin kullanıldığı betimsel bir çalışmadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Elazığ il merkezindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenler, örneklemini de bu okullarda görev yapan 315 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde yüzde, frekans ve aritmetik ortalama, bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin boyutları arasında ilişkinin olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amacıyla korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda denetmenlerin etik davranışları ile ders denetim yeterlilikleri ile ilgili olarak öğretmenlerin görüşleri cinsiyet ve kıdem değişkenine göre bazı boyutlarda anlamlı farklılık varken; yaş, mezun olduğu okul türü, teftiş puanı, branş değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık görülmemiştir. Ölçeklerin boyutlarından bazılarının birbirleri arasında orta ve düşük düzeyde, doğrusal ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür
In this study ethic attitudes and course supervision competencies of supervisors’ according to teacher’s perceptions was examined. This study is a descriptive study that scanning model is used. The environment of the study is constituted by teachers working in secondary schools in the center of Elazığ and the sample of it by the 315 teachers working in these schools. Both percentage, frequency, arithmetical mean methods, independent groups t-test and one way analysis of variance were used during data analysis. Correlation analysis was conducted to determine whether the relationship between the size of the scale. The results of research indicated that while there is significant difference in some dimensions according to variances of gender and seniority, there is not any significant difference in the variances of age, graduation school, supervision mark and branch. It is observed that there is linear and significant relation in medium and low levels between the some dimensions of the scale
