The main aim of the study is to consider the critical thinking skill as variance in Turkey and to examine the thesis registered to the data base of the Council of Higher Education. Descriptive qualified survey method depending on the examining the documents has been used in this study. 66 thesis samples will be discussed in terms of critical writing criteria in this study. Critical writing rubric has been used as data collection data. Descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA analysis have been used on the quantitative data. The samples are between 2001-2013 and survey model has been applied to the half of them.
